Danielle Marotti is a dedicated and passionate family law attorney who utilizes strong legal skills combined with her compassion for helping people to represent clients during incredibly challenging times in their lives. Danielle has experience representing clients in a variety of family law matters including but not limited to divorce and child custody.

 

Danielle briefly left family law to practice condemnation (eminent domain) where she gained valuable real estate related legal experience. Danielle has since returned to her original passion—family law—bringing with her a broadened perspective and a strategic, detail‑driven approach to resolving domestic matters.

Danielle has also been a licensed real estate agent in Georgia for over ten years. Danielle’s real estate background is incredibly helpful for clients as real property is frequently the biggest asset in a divorce case.

 

Danielle works diligently to help clients reach practical, efficient resolutions whenever possible, recognizing that negotiated outcomes often better serve families than prolonged litigation. At the same time, she understands that not all cases can be resolved outside of court and is fully prepared to advocate zealously for her clients when litigation is necessary.

 

Danielle was raised in Powder Springs, Georgia and has remained living in Cobb County for most of her life. Outside of practicing law, Danielle is a huge animal lover and has fostered/rescued many animals and lives on a farm with her Husband and step-daughter.
